FREE Phone training is available from Decision Support Software LLC.

The training covers: 
    The Benefits Calculator, 
    The Retirement Income and Expense Analyzer, 
    The Report Creation program, and 
    All the Professional features of the software.

The training data consists of a sample case that is part of the program or an actual case from data collected by you that you record on this form: http://csrs-fers.com/FBDCF/FBDCF.pdf#page=1.

Available Training Times:
    9:00am to 3:00pm (California time) Monday through Thursday and from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Friday's. Appointments are not necessary. Call when it is convenient for you, and you have at least two hours for the training.

To prepare for the phone training, please accomplish the following:
    The CSRS and FERS Benefits Calculator and Retirement Planner must be installed and activated to the Professional level,
    You must install the latest, free version 12 software update,
    You must print and read the getting started section in the help document pages 4 - 25: http://csrs-fers.com/bc11/BCHELP.pdf#page=4 , (please click on this link) as it will be referred to many times during the training, and
    If you have a speaker phone, it will be very helpful for you to record our training session as you will not be able to absorb all the information that is provided.
    The training session will likely take at least 2 hours, but usually takes longer.
